What is Seedling? A custom DIY theme.

It might be easier to say what Seedling isn’t. Seedling ISN’T:

• A plug-and-play, one-size-fits-all website that looks like everyone else’s.
• One of 8 billion pre-made WordPress themes they promise will be so simple to setup yourself, but overwhelms you with dozens of toggles and complicated “visual composers”
• A crazy-expensive fully customized website…

…but it could be eventually.

After all, who doesn’t want the fully custom experience? With a web designer to craft the look and feel you want, plus guide you as you learn a new platform? Sounds great, but you will need to be prepared to wait months and drop at least a few thousand dollars. And not everyone can, which is why I’ve created Seedling.

Ok! So what is it though?

Seedling is an expandable, customizable, flexible theme that can grow with your business. It’s not a plug and play site or a premade theme; it’s a theme that comes with both customizable options and dedicated developer time so your site can truly reflect you and your business.

Just as a seedling at a nursery has been germinated and cared for by professionals to transform it from a seed into a plant that will continue to grow, our Seedling has been developed and tested by experienced designers. We’re confident that your site and your business will grow with Seedling.

Seedling comes with enough choices to make your website feel like yours without being overwhelming. It also comes with developer time – that’s my team’s time that we’ll take to customize the theme with your branding, your logo, your colors, your fonts – to really make it feel like home. Finally, you’ll get access to training, so you can learn to update your site as needed, freeing up some of that developer time for fun add-ons like ebooks, branded social media content, or customized site sections that don’t come with the theme.
